Kislak Real Estate Institute: The Kislak Real Estate Institute is a leading research center on real estate and economic development. The Institute also offers programs of study that provide students and professionals with the skills needed for a productive career in commercial real estate.
Center for Entrepreneurship: The Center for Entrepreneurship's mission is to help the Monmouth University and regional startup communities tap into and fulfill their entrepreneurial potential. The Center offers one-on-one coaching, mentorship, business-building resources and learning opportunities, to help entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life and make a positive impact on society.
Institute for Global Understanding: The Institute for Global Understanding (IGU) promotes understanding of global affairs and brings awareness of worldwide issues and challenges. To meet the goals of IGU, students, faculty, and the community actively engage in a series of programs, partnerships, fundraising initiatives, field experiences, and service learning opportunities.
Urban Coast Institute: The Urban Coast Institute serves Monmouth University and the public as a forum for research, education, and collaboration in the development and implementation of science-based policies and programs that support stewardship of healthy, productive, and resilient coastal ecosystems and communities.
Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning: The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning serves Monmouth faculty as a resource for professional development, collaboration, and scholarship that supports innovative, research-based teaching and student learning. Through partnerships with faculty, campus partners, and teacher-scholars worldwide, the Center advances Monmouth’s commitment to rigorous academics, high-impact learning, and preparing students for success beyond the classroom.
