Giving Days 2026

Ashby, Mike, and Reed Coen will donate $50 to the Women’s Lacrosse Enhancement Fund once gifts to Women’s Lacrosse have been received from all 50 U.S. states.

On March 24 and 25, CentralReach will match all donations to the School of Education Excellence Fund, dollar-for-dollar, up to $2,500. Donations to this fund allow the dean the flexibility to direct support to the areas of greatest need within the School of Education.

For every 25 gifts, of any amount, to any fund or student club/organization within the Wayne D. McMurray School of Humanities and Social Sciences during Giving Days, Dean Golland will unlock an additional $500 donation to the Wayne D. McMurray School of Humanities and Social Sciences Excellence Fund, which will support our commitment to experiential education and personalized attention that affords students both a breadth and depth of experience. The Challenge goal is 75 total gifts, which will unlock a total contribution of $1,500.

For every 5 gifts, of any amount, made in support of the Center for Entrepreneurship, the Business Council Steering Committee will unlock an additional $500 donation to support the Center, which helps the Monmouth University and regional startup communities tap into and fulfill their entrepreneurial potential. The Committee sets a Challenge goal of 20 gifts, for a total award of $2,000.

Head Coach Jeff Gallo '05 will give $500 for every 30 gifts made to the Monmouth Football Enhancement Fund, with a maximum challenge of 150 gifts to unlock $2500.

Don Burnaford '72 will give $250 for every 15 Monmouth Football Alumni who make a gift of any amount to football with a maximum challenge gift of $2,500 from 150 alumni gifts. Help us maximize this challenge gift to support Monmouth Football!

An anonymous donor will make a $150 gift for every 5 Monmouth Alumni that make a gift of any amount to Baseball during Giving Days with a maximum challenge gift of $1,500 generated from 50 alumni gifts.

An anonymous donor has committed to give $200 to Monmouth Women's Soccer for every $1,000 in gifts made to women's soccer during Giving Days with a maximum challenge gift of $2,000 generated from $10,000 in gifts.

Help unlock a $1K gift to men's basketball! If 25 alumni make a gift of any amount to men's basketball during Giving Days, longtime Monmouth Hawks fans Tom '82 & Debbie Porskievies and Mike '82 & Linda Plodwick will give a total of $1,000 to men's basketball.

Help unlock a $2K bonus gift to men's soccer! An anonymous donor has committed to give $200 to Monmouth Men's soccer for every $1,000 in gifts made to Men's Soccer during Giving Days with a maximum challenge gift of $2,000 generated from $10,000 in gifts.

If we receive 33 gifts of $33 or more to support the Wrestling Club on March 24-25, an anonymous donor will unlock an additional $1,000 to support the Club and its activities.

On March 24-25, the first $1,500 received to support the Marjorie K. Unterberg School of Nursing and Health Studies Excellence Fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar by David Zurheide. The Marjorie K. Unterberg School of Nursing and Health Studies Excellence Fund supports unparalleled professional development opportunities for our students.

If we receive 33 gifts, of any amount, to a fund that supports the School of Science on March 24-25, the Dean’s Advisory Council will unlock an additional $2,600 donation to the School of Science Excellence Fund, which allows the dean to direct support to the areas of greatest need.

The Virginia A. Cory Community Garden provides the opportunity for participants to grow their own produce, following organic practices, and donate produce to local organizations for individuals in need. When we receive 20 gifts, of any amount, to support the Community Garden on Giving Days, an anonymous donor will unlock an additional $2,000 gift to help provide educational opportunities for all ages to learn about gardening, sustainability, and wellness.

To help us reach our goal of 100 gifts to Bowling, alumnus Patrick Ciniello '67 will donate $250 for every 10 gifts made to the Bowling Enhancement Fund during Giving Days with a maximum challenge gift of $2,500 for 100 gifts!

An anonymous supporter of Women's Lacrosse will unlock a $2,000 challenge gift to the Women's Lacrosse program when we reach 100 donors.
